Privacy Policy

mythlab.art is a corporate marketing site with no signup, no accounts, and no product data. Here's exactly what does and doesn't get collected when you visit.

Effective: 2026-05-26 Operated by: MythLab, Inc. Contact: [email protected]

1. Scope

This policy covers personal data MythLab, Inc. processes when you visit mythlab.art. It does NOT cover any of our products. PureLab, and every other product we ship, has its own Privacy Policy on its own domain — those are the authoritative documents for product-level data processing (uploaded photos, generated outputs, billing, account data, telemetry).

2. Who we are

MythLab, Inc. ("we," "us") operates mythlab.art and is the controller of any personal data this site processes. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].

3. What this site collects

  • A localStorage entry that records your language choice (EN / RU) and your cookie-banner decision. Stored in your browser only — never sent to our servers.
  • Standard web-server access logs at our edge (timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, user-agent, IP address truncated to the network block). Used for security, abuse detection, and aggregate traffic understanding. Retained no longer than 30 days.
  • If you email [email protected], the contents of your message and your email address — for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.

That's the complete list. The site has no signup form, no account database, no payment surface, no analytics that profile individual visitors, no third-party advertising trackers.

4. Why we process it (legal bases)

  • Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest;
  • Responding to inquiries you initiate — performance of pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest;
  • Preserving your language preference — strictly necessary for site functionality.

5. Who else gets the data

We use third-party infrastructure to host and serve the site (cloud compute, edge proxy, image CDN). Those vendors process the data above strictly as our processors under written agreements. Email correspondence is handled by our email provider. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertising networks, and do not feed any visitor data into model training of any kind.

6. Cookies

mythlab.art uses one category — strictly necessary: a localStorage entry that remembers your language choice and your cookie-banner decision. We don't load advertising trackers, social-network pixels, or visitor-fingerprinting analytics. If we ever add an analytics tool, it will be a privacy-preserving one (no per-visitor profiling) and disclosed here before going live.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights with respect to data we hold on you:

  • Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — fix data that is wrong;
  • Deletion — ask us to erase it;
  • Restriction / objection — limit how we process it;
  • Complaint — to your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days. Rights regarding product-level data (PureLab accounts, uploaded photos, generated outputs) need to be exercised through that product's own privacy contact.

8. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Edge access logs live in a system with restricted engineering access. We patch security advisories within standard SLAs.

9. International transfers

MythLab, Inc. operates remotely; data may be processed outside your home country. Where this requires safeguards under your local law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above. The current version is always the canonical one.

11. Contact

For product-level privacy questions (PureLab account, uploaded reference photos, generated outputs), please use the privacy contact on the product's own domain. This policy applies only to the corporate site.
