These Terms govern your visit to mythlab.art — the corporate marketing site of MythLab, Inc. They do not cover any product.
1. What this site is
MythLab, Inc. ("we," "us," "MythLab") is an independent product studio. mythlab.art is our corporate marketing site — it describes the company and the products we build under separate brands. The site does not offer accounts, signup, purchases, downloads, or any product functionality. Each product is delivered on its own domain (for example, PureLab lives at purelab.art) and is governed by that product's own Terms and Privacy Policy.
By accessing mythlab.art you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please leave the site.
2. Who can use this site
The site is general-audience corporate marketing — no age gate. You must have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to read and accept these Terms. We do not target or provide services from this site to residents of, or persons physically present in, the Kingdom of Thailand.
3. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the site or its infrastructure;
- Run automated scrapers, bots, or any tooling that places disproportionate load on the site;
- Copy or rehost the site's content, design, or trademarks in a way that creates confusion about origin or sponsorship;
- Use any part of the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Well-behaved indexing crawlers (search engines, AI assistants) are explicitly welcome — see /robots.txt and /mythlab/llms.txt.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, layouts, graphics, the "MythLab" word mark and logo — is owned by MythLab, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use those assets except for personal, non-commercial reading. Product brands shown on the site (e.g. PureLab) are owned by MythLab, Inc. and may have additional brand-use rules on their own domains.
5. Third-party links
The site links to product domains we operate (e.g. purelab.art) and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those external sites. Use of a linked product is governed by that product's own Terms; use of a third-party service is governed by that service's terms.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at every moment. Information about products on this site is marketing copy — the authoritative product description lives on the product's own domain at the time you use it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MythLab, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your visit to or use of mythlab.art. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at USD 50.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the "Effective" date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after revision is acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MythLab, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your local consumer-protection forum where applicable law gives you that right.
